Phase 1 -- CURRENT plus immediate next

CURRENT: public/unlisted/private pastes, browse, dashboard, pvsk_ keys, notes ingest, Command bind/ping, staff /admin/.

Next on this phase: paste version history (append-only), first-class projects (or map Command project_id onto notes), basic ratings (thumbs / 1-10) stored as tables not comments.

Phase 2 -- PLANNED

Experiments, multiple candidate outputs, model metadata, prompt metadata, leaderboards, human winner selection, promote.

Phase 3 -- PLANNED

Evaluation workers, Redis (or equivalent) queue, Playwright screenshots, vision scoring, pixel regression, object storage.

Phase 4 -- PLANNED

Project Command dashboard: models, experiments, evals, deployments, visual QA, best configurations, cost/latency/win rate.

Phase 5 -- FUTURE

EE Model Router, automatic candidate generation, automatic challenger testing with caps.

Phase 6 -- FUTURE

EE VIZN agent lenses: inspect applications, detect visual failure, attempt correction, re-test.

Phase 7 -- RESEARCH

Ranking models from Pastes history. Predict best model/configuration before generation. Requires redaction and enough labeled runs.

Phase 8 -- FUTURE

External developer platform: SDKs, billing, enterprise deploy, integrations marketplace.

Explicit non-goals this year

• Kubernetes as a starting move
• Training on public anonymous pastes
• Auto-deploy to payment checkouts without deterministic tests
